SPECIAL EDUCATION

STARTING THE YEAR WITH THE HIGH LEVERAGE BEHAVIOR STRATEGIES THAT SUPPORT STUDENT SUCCESS IN EVERY CLASSROOM

When students engage in problem behavior, teachers should interpret their behavior as a signal that there is a mismatch between the student’s needs and their current environment.
Blair, Lloyd et al, 2019

From setting up an environment that is responsive to students' needs to creating an individualized plan for a student, we will walk through the specific strategies that work in every classroom.
