Topics in Special Education with the Council for Exceptional Children
“The Council for Exceptional Children (CEC) is a community of educators and partners in learning dedicated to advancing the success of students with exceptionalities. CEC's mission is to improve, through excellence and advocacy, the education and quality of life for children and youth with exceptionalities and/or special needs and to enhance engagement of their families.” - NYS CEC
New York State Council for Exceptional Children is partnering with the Greater Capital Region Teacher Center to support high quality education services for children with exceptional needs. Through this partnership we aspire to connect our higher education community with current practitioners to support the induction of teachers in their first years of service! Together we can build bridges between research and practice and engage in collegial mentorship. Each webinar is free and open to all educators, paraprofessionals, administrators, pre-service teachers and related service providers. Sign up for each individual session.
